Description

QingXiang Tiguanyin Oolong Tea “Iron Goddess" from Anxi Country, Quanzhou City, China Farmer Linda Lin. For most teas spring is the best season, but not for Tiguanyin which autumn is the best harvest. QingXiang referral to clear fragrance that is floral because of light oxidation.

How To Brew

Use 2 grams (1 teaspoon dried tea leaves) for 8 fl. oz. water 185F/85C in your favorite teapot or infuser (use bottled drinking water for best flavor). Steep for 2-3 minutes. Leaves may be infused at least 3 times.
