An experimental, hand-rolled green tea, with a layered, earthy and stone-mineral profile with notes of fresh cherries and citrus zest. From Dolly Lochan of Doke Tea. Bihar, India. This autumn harvest has a more robust earthiness, and sharper, brighter flavors.
Doke Tea grows with all-natural techniques, and is fed by water from the newly-revitalized Doke River.

Recommended Brewing Instructions: Use 1.5tsp (~3g) per 250ml cup.
Brew for 2 minutes.
- 175F for a smoother, sweeter profile with fruity, cherry overtones and hints of citrus.
- 185F for a sharper profile with strong, full flavors.
This tea can be rebrewed up to 2 times, with hotter water and longer infusions.
