A grower from Wazuka, Japan, Tecchan is a 5th generation tea-maker. He was taught by his father, who is the 4th generation tea-maker in the family. The techniques passed down in the family shine in their tea, which has great complexity and full flavors.

He is a neighboring farm to Akky-san at Kyoto Obubu, and Osamu. They are all inspired to make a name for Wazuka as a top tea producer in the Kyoto (Uji) region.
