The Tea

Amber Oolong is a Taiwanese style balled oolong, a first of its kind in Nepal. Mankumar Mukhiya and his team of young tea makers acquired Taiwanese style oolong making equipment and have been perfecting their craft of oolong tea making for 3 years. This is the first batch to successfully form into tight balls and holding in a unique high elevation character of the Himalayas. This tea is light and malty with a mature tasting sweetness to it. Although the tea is not roasted, it just have a roast character and serves as a great tea for tea merchants and tea lovers to roast themselves.
